Chung Man Chan is a global education leader, consultant, and expert in Project-Based Learning (PBL), with over 15 years of international experience. Growing up Australia and having experiences in various cultural contexts, Chung Man identifies as a third-culture individual—an experience that has deeply shaped her perspective on education. Her commitment to decolonizing education and fostering inclusive learning environments is rooted in her own background, where navigating multiple cultures inspired her passion for human geography, identity, and futures thinking.

In her previous role as Co-Founder and Managing Director of THINK Learning Studio, Chung Man led innovative, student-centered curricula across four continents. She has empowered over 1,200 educators globally through professional development workshops, bespoke curriculum design, and strategic planning that integrates technology, real-world problem solving, and interdisciplinary learning.

Prior to that, as Lead Educator at THINK Global School, she directed the Changemaker Curriculum, overseeing more than 1,500 student-led projects across 26 cities worldwide while shaping cross-disciplinary frameworks designed to prepare students for an uncertain, rapidly evolving global landscape.

Chung Man's educational approach prioritizes flexibility and embraces failure as fundamental to growth. Her expertise encompasses inquiry-based methodologies, technology integration, and the development of equitable, culturally responsive education systems that cultivate creative thinking, critical inquiry, and adaptability in both educators and students.​
